Franchise Applications
As part of our due diligence in the franchise application process, Melek's Baklava collects personal information, some of which will be sensitive in nature. Express written consent is requested from all applicants in order for us to verify the accuracy of the information and check references. If the franchise application is successful, all personal information contained therein will become part of the franchisee’s record file. If the franchise application is unsuccessful all information provided to Melek's Baklava will be securely destroyed.
Promotions
We conduct regular promotions and loyalty programs. By choosing to participate in these activities customers are asked to provide personal information including their gender, name, address, phone number, email address and date of birth. This information may then be used for direct marketing and/or market research proposes to improve the level of products and services we offer.
